On February 24, 2009 Pulaski County Emergency Management conducted the annual CSEPP Exercise in conjunction with the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management, the Pine Bluff Arsenal and FEMA. Several emergency response agencies participated in this exercise such as the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department, Little Rock Emergency Management, Little Rock Fire Department, Little Rock Police Department, North Little Rock Office of Emergency Services, the Pulaski County Coroner’s Office, UAMS and MEMS. Radio Amateur Civilian Emergency Services (RACES) which are volunteer ham radio operators also participated. This was a full scale exercise with field and EOC play. It was evaluated by FEMA. . |
