 Pulaski County has entered into a contract with "Arkansans for Animals" to assist Pulaski County residents spay or neuter pets at no cost to the pet owner.
Starting in April, 2011 Arkansans for Animals mobile veterinarian unit will be stopping at various locations around Pulaski County offering spay, neuter, and other services.
