Community Services, in collaboration with Pulaski County Juvenile Services, coordinates the Annual Pulaski County Kite Festival and the Annual Back to School Health Fair. Community Services partners with LISC (Local Initiatives Support Corporation), PECA (Pulaski Enterprise Community Alliance), Job Corps, Arkansas Economic Development Department, local banks, community organizations, social service agencies and other entities to secure funding for services for constituents in Pulaski County.
